Please include purchase order number, key contact name, bookstore/school information, ISBN number (or author/title/edition) and quantity to order via one of the contact methods listed below. We will direct your order to one of our approved distributors for immediate fulfillment, as most titles ship within 48 hours or less.
INSTRUCTOR REVIEW AND DESK COPIES
New Alpha Press is happy to provide review copies of our textbooks and published content for instructors who wish to consider them for classroom adoption. Please provide us with details on your course, contact
information and a timeline for consideration in advance of shipment so that we may record your request for the representative author contact. School, not home, address is needed for our records. If you plan to adopt a title please notify us so that we may provide additional support.
RETURNS
We allow 30% returns within one year of initial invoice date and all returns should be authorized.
Please fax 1-877-763-2948 attention Customer Service box 12766 and phone 1-888-406-2540 prior to shipment. A copy of the original invoice must accompany return requests. Box 12766 must appear on all fax transmittal and order inquiries. Ship to address will be provided based on ISBN.
All returned books must be undamaged, clean and unmarked and in resalable condition. Reports of damaged items, while infrequent, do occur. Please provide specifics on the quantity and items involved within two weeks of delivery and we will provide instructions to allow for credit or replacement.
